STALL BOOKINGS

* Please note that Category 2 Foods, Craft, General, and Men’s World Stalls are all included under the ‘Highland Gathering Stall Bookings 2025’ category. You may select any available stall number as needed.

* Food stall holders to complete attached forms and submit together with a copy of their ID to Health department.  Joyman.masinga@durban.gov.za

* Important Notice
Category Food 1 stalls are designated for vendors preparing food and beverages on-site for attendees to consume during the event.

How to Book your Stall

  1. Click on the Book Now Button and again when the popup opened, bottom right corner. 
  2. Choose your stall number(s) by clicking on the + sign on the right.
  3. Click on the Continue Button.
  4. Fill out all of the detailed and Accept Our Terms & Conditions.
  5. Click on the Continue Button.
  6. Click on the Book Now Button.
  7. Next Page, Scroll down to the bottom and review your stall booking info. You can remove items from the cart by clicking on the “x”.
  8. Click on the Proceed to Checkout Button.
  9. Fill in the details as needed on the next page and scroll to the bottom and click on the Pay Now with YOCO Button.
  10. If you are with Capitec Bank, please make sure that your Online Shopping Settings has been Activated in order to pay for your booking.
  11. Your booking is confirmed once you received an invoice from the website and the booking system. If you only received ONE of the TWO Emails then it means your booking is pending. Please contact us at bookings@highlandgathering.co.za.
